GRAND OPENING OF CANCER SCREENING MOBILE,

FREE VISION AND PROSTATE CANCER SCREENING,
AND TZU CHI MEDICAL EXHIBITION

To celebrate 50th anniversary of Tzu Chi and the launch of the Zero cancer screening mobile van, the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation will hold the grand opening of the mobile clinic, the medical exhibition, as well as the free vision and prostate cancer screening event on Sunday, May 8, 2016, at Tzu Chi U.S. Headquarters in San Dimas.

The grand opening of the mobile clinic will start at 11:15 am. We would like to express our gratitude to the donor, Zero – The End of Prostate Cancer. Additionally, we will provide free PSA Test for 80 males over 50 years old and free vision screening for 40 event participants. The free tests are opened to the public. Please call 626-427-9598 to schedule an appointment. Walk-in is acceptable but it is on a first-come-first-served basis. Tzu Chi Medical Exhibition includes diabetes prevention, health education, and fun games.

Parking will be available at San Dimas High School, 800 W. Covina Blvd., San Dimas, CA 91733. Free shuttle service will be from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
